The onchain SEED and LEAF marketplace: a fee-free, player-to-player order book on your land.
The Marketplace is Pixotchi’s built-in way to trade SEED and LEAF with other players. LEAF is also transferable as an ERC-20 token; trading is not technically restricted to this marketplace.
Why it exists
Landowners need LEAF for building upgrades, often more than their staking earns.
Stakers earn LEAF continuously, often more than they spend.
The Marketplace lets both sides set their own price and meet in the middle, keeping LEAF's price discovery entirely inside the game.
How it works
Unlock: build the Marketplace on your land (400K LEAF, 24h, or instant with PIXOTCHI).
Create an order: choose to sell SEED or sell LEAF, set your amount and asking price. Your tokens are escrowed onchain until the order fills or you cancel.
Take an order: browse the book. Asks and bids are aggregated by price level with depth shown, always quoted as LEAF per SEED. Tap a level to prefill, confirm, done. Fills are all-or-nothing (no partial fills).
Cancel anytime: unfilled orders return your escrow in full.

Requirements
Your own land with a Marketplace built
Use the displayed LEAF-per-SEED price to compare orders. Staking earns LEAF over time, while buying an order exchanges tokens immediately; neither route guarantees a better future price.
Creating an order also ticks the daily Place an order mission. Plant care items are not sold here; those live in the plant-side Garden shop.
