Barracks & Raids
The Barracks: train Swordsmen and Phalanxes, raid other lands' production, and defend your own warehouse.
The Barracks brings land-versus-land warfare to Pixotchi. Train troops, raid your neighbors' uncollected and warehoused production, and haul the spoils home. Or build a defense that makes raiders regret trying.
Getting started
Build a Barracks for 250 SEED (instant). Then train your army. Training costs PIXOTCHI, which is burned, making every soldier a small deflationary event.

How raids resolve
Pick a target. The app lists raidable lands (must have a Barracks, production worth stealing, and no defense cooldown).
Send troops. Your attack power = Swordsmen x13 + Phalanxes x2.
Defense holds the wall. Defender power = their stationed troops' defense, boosted up to +10% by how developed their village buildings are. A maxed farm literally defends itself better.
Strictly more power wins. Ties go to the defender.
If you win: you loot 15% of the defender's pending and warehoused production (both PTS and TOD), capped by your surviving troops' carry capacity, moved straight into your own Warehouse. Plus 15 land XP.
Either way, war has costs: both sides take casualties proportional to how close the fight was. Overwhelming force loses almost nothing, while a crushed defender can lose their whole garrison. Defenders lose Phalanxes first; successful defenses earn 10 XP.

Defense playbook: keep a Phalanx wall (23 defense each is brutal value at 500 PIXOTCHI), level your village buildings for the home bonus, and apply your warehouse resources to plants promptly. Applied resources can never be stolen.
